Racism and social injustice have happened for centuries. Unconscionably it still continues to exist today. The belief that humans may be divided into separate biological entities called “races” and that there is a link between inherited physical traits of personality, intellect, morality is a fallacy. No race is superior to another. Prejudice and social injustice also extends to those with different religious beliefs, sexual orientation or economic status.
It’s now 2020 and our world is hurting for many reasons. In my lifetime I have never seen so much hate, controversy, and judgment, let alone been forced to experience it. Now more than ever we need to open our eyes, open our hearts and listen and speak up when we see injustice.
At Big Rig Wraps we stand firm against all forms of oppression and support others with compassion, empathy, and respect. We believe that everyone deserves equal economic, political, and social rights and opportunities.
Our hope is that we may someday live in a world that is guided by love and a shared commitment to social equity and inclusion for all. We are trying to do our small part to make this hope a reality.
