Their story began with a dream, a set of enshrined values, and a whole lot of dedication. Their vision for a sustainable addition and libacious tribute to these beautiful highlands finally came true with the opening of Haliburton Highlands Brewing back in 2014, and since then they’ve moved to an even bigger and better location on the serene Abbey Gardens property.
